A replacement CREAMi container should be matched to the machine’s full code, not selected from a general ice-cream-maker family name. For a U.S. owner choosing between NC301 and NC501 supplies, the manufacturer’s part records identify different eligible containers. Keep the machine and part codes together.
| Machine code | Named manufacturer part record |
|---|---|
| NC301 | XSKPLID2CD; exact NC301 entry appears in the compatibility list. |
| NC501 | XSKPNTLD2 XL tubs; exact NC501 entry appears in the compatibility list. |
| Any other machine code | Check that code directly; do not extrapolate from inconsistent broader family wording. |
Use the exact-model entries
Ninja’s XSKPLID2CD page lists NC301 and excludes the NC500 family. Its XSKPNTLD2 XL-tub page lists NC501. Both were checked 25 October 2026. This establishes a focused model-to-part comparison, not a universal container fit claim.
The pages contain some broader family wording that differs between sections. We do not resolve that wording into eligibility for unnamed newer models. The NC301 and NC501 entries are the scope of this article; a different machine needs its own current part confirmation.
For an existing machine, copy its code first
Identify the complete machine SKU from the unit or its records before shopping. Then match that code to the relevant accessory page. A seller’s abbreviated CREAMi title can omit the detail that decides the replacement purchase, even when the photo and color look familiar.
Also distinguish the inner container from other bowl, lid or paddle parts. A listing for an outer assembly should not silently replace the requested supply. Our editorial recommendation is to begin with the exact missing component and eligible part record, then compare pack quantity or color.
For a bundle, review every added supply
If a retailer adds extra containers to a new machine offer, ask for their actual part identity. The fact that a bundle contains more pieces does not establish that every piece matches the supplied machine. Preserve the accessory code with the machine code rather than relying on a shared brand description.
Compare equivalent usable supplies. A lower price on a larger pack is irrelevant to the intended task if the eligible container has not been established. We have not tested containers, processed recipes or evaluated third-party copies, and do not make a performance claim based on their appearance.
Where the evidence stops
This guide covers two named U.S. machine codes and two manufacturer part records. It does not establish all NC350 or NC600 variants, future model support, current stock or shipping terms. If a seller’s detailed compatibility field disagrees with the manufacturer record for your machine, retain the uncertainty until clarified.
Use current manufacturer operating guidance for food preparation and assembly; no recipe, storage-safety or modification procedure is supplied here. Before ordering, refresh the exact accessory page and save its model scope. A clear machine-to-part match is more useful than a universal claim that CREAMi pints are interchangeable.
